Welcome to Central Susquehanna Healthcare Providers (CSHP)! 

Whether you are already a member, your employer has just introduced CSHP to you and your co-workers or you are considering choosing CSHP among other options you have available to you, please know that you have just accessed the website of the local PPO with the most comprehensive network of providers and hospitals right in your own backyard.

We welcome you to check out the website and take full advantage of the provider search availability.  Test us to see if your favorite providers are part of the network!

If you find that one of your providers is not yet part of the CSHP network, you can share our web address with that provider.  There is a section dedicated to letting them know what they would need to do to become a participating provider.
