Who We Are.
As a PPO, we can offer a much higher level of flexibility in where you can receive health care. CSHP allows you to see the doctor or hospital of your choice. Unlike an HMO, if you choose to see a provider that is not “in-panel”, you will still have some level of coverage or payment made by your health insurance plan.
