Central Susquehanna Healthcare Providers, Inc. (CSHP) is a PPO network providing enrollees access to the most comprehensive network in the region including Clinton, Columbia, Luzerne, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and, Union counties.

Established in 1987 and owned by Evangelical Community Hospital and its medical staff, the CSHP network includes Sunbury Community Hospital, Susquehanna Health System (Williamsport Hospital, Divine Providence Hospital, and, Muncy Hospital), Geisinger Medical Center, Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre, Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Janet Weis Children's Hospital, Jersey Shore Hospital, and Lock Haven Hospital. In total, CSHP has over 1300 physicians, 525 Allied Health providers and eleven (11) hospitals.

In the spring of 2002, CSHP was honored to join a statewide PPO, Pennsylvania’s Preferred Health Networks (PPHN) and continues to participate in that statewide plan to date.
